Gwen doesn’t shut up, so you’re ready for that, she also takes a minute (maybe, it’s inconsistent) to warm up to people

You have a job, y’know, at least sometimes during COVID. You’re respectful of peoples’ belongings, purchases, etc.

Our most recent roommate was not the cleanest. It has left a bad taste in the house’s’ mouth (y’know, the door)
and we’re really trying to make sure we have a new roommate that is clean above anything else. If you don’t want
friends, you don’t want to hang out, we’d just need you to make sure you’re contributing around the house and cleaning up after yourself.
We, honestly, aren’t looking for a roommate that’s under 25 or so. That’s not to say it’s a rule! There can be exceptions
